Welcome to Vukko. By downloading, installing, or using the Vukko mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Miloš Ilić ("Developer", "we", "us") governing your use of the Vukko: Baby tracker & care log application ("App"). By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Vukko is a baby tracking application that allows parents and caregivers to log and monitor baby-related activities including feeding, sleep, diaper changes, vitamin intake, solid food introduction, and vaccinations. The App is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

    Medical Disclaimer: Vukko is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. All information logged in the App is for personal tracking purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  

3. User Accounts

You may use Vukko as a guest (data stored locally on your device) or by signing in with a Google account (data synced to the cloud). You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App
Use the App to store or transmit malicious code
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App

5. Your Data

You retain full ownership of the data you enter into Vukko. By using the cloud sync feature, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality. We do not claim ownership of your personal or baby data.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information logged in the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, logo, interface, and underlying code, is owned by Miloš Ilić and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
Any defects or errors will be corrected
The App or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components
The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Miloš Ilić shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from within the Settings screen. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Data deletion is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Serbia.
